ASISSUED.COM
Opening November on 23rd, “Gods Who Eat Mountains,” will present a multidisciplinary array of contemporary work ranging from illustration, typography, collage, and graphic design. Many theories and methodologies, scientific and otherwise, have been applied to understand the process of ideation in the work of art and design, but creativity is an ever-elusive quantity. To glimpse it one must understand the creation and it’s creator. “GWEM” will attempt to trace this process in the work of four distinctive artists and designers: Mark Caneso, a typographer, Vincent Griffin, a collagist, Tony Larson, a lifestyle brand designer, and Mallory Rose, an illustrator, in an exhibition curated by WeAreNotYou studio founder Jarred Eberhardt. Each artist will bring forth their own unique perspective on their process by presenting work that pays homage to their role models in art and life, showing that a role model is much more than a person, and in turn revealing how their work comes to life.

PSA as issued show is till up until january 11
